We have opened a few more doors into "A Bag of Stories". Not because we need another place to promote ourselves, but because we still believe that a network can be a place where people notice one another.
Stories are being published, photographs are finding their place, new contributors and subjects are entering the conversation. We wanted to invite you in now, while all of this is still being built.
As we continue to build "A Bag of Stories", the AFAR magazine, we turn our attention to another design from the Raffia Collection: Kaluwa, a distinctive woven bag created in two sizes for the lighter rhythm of summer.

At the tenth edition of The Bag Show, AFAR presented its first raffia collection in Addis Ababa. Made with fiber sourced in Madagascar and finished by women artisans in Ethiopia, the collection entered the runway during an evening supporting Our Father’s Kitchen.
